How we store your personal information 
Your information is securely stored within systems that have been checked to adhere to GDPR compliance.

You are responsible for keeping your account details (email address and password) confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone and advise that you change your password regularly.

We keep the personal data collected from you by us, or provided by you to us, for a time dictated by either a legal obligation, legitimate interest or where it is necessary to provide a service to you.  Otherwise, personal data will be deleted seven years after the last contact. We will then dispose of your information by deleting locally stored and online records, and shredding any paper-based information.
