Refund and Returns Policy

In addition to your legal rights:

SECTION 1 – RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you decide to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.  Most hampers are dispatched the next working day after the order is received, although this may vary according to stock levels.

SECTION 2 – RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that have expired while in your possession cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 3 – DAMAGES AND MISSING ITEMS

We take great care to ensure our hampers are well packed and protected against the possibility of damage before leaving us. In the unlikely event of damaged goods or missing items the purchaser should contact Weddell and Turner Limited by emailing customer.care@weddellandturner.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will replace or refund the items concerned.

SECTION 4 – UNWANTED GOODS

In the case of unwanted goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will be asked to pay for the cost of returning the goods. A refund will then be offered. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

SECTION 6 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer.care@weddellandturner.com.

SECTION 7 – SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SECTION 8 – GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SECTION 9 – RETURNING PRODUCTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item.

If you are sending an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
